Chocolate Shop Red wine reduction



1 glass (about 5 oz.) Chocolate Shop
1 sprig fresh rosemary
2 shallots, minced
3 tablespoons butter


Over medium heat, mix Chocolate Shop, rosemary, and shallots. Bring to a boil and simmer until alcohol evaporates (about 15 minutes).

vStrain reduction and whisk in 3 tablespoons of butter. Serve over your favorite steak, chicken, or other dish.
