½ cup Chocolate Shop
1 bag microwave popcorn (6 Tbsp. kernels in an air popper or on the stove)
½ to ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3-4 chocolate truffles


Pop the popcorn and sift out the kernels.

Slowly melt chocolate chips with Chocolate Shop using a double boiler or in the microwave for 20-30 second intervals. Stir frequently, until chocolate melts and wine is fully incorporated (about 2 minutes).

Pour popcorn into a large bowl and stir in chocolate to taste. Spread the contents of the bowl on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator to set the chocolate.

Once the chocolate sets, gently break up the popcorn and serve!
